Refund Policy

Foam It Green spray foam kits may be returned to Foam It Green within 45 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in new condition, complete with all components and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser. A 25% restocking fee, associated shipping costs and any necessary expenses to return the foam kit to sell-able condition will be deducted from the credit. 

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZED RMA #.

In instances of suspected or known product defect, do not dispose of the product without authorization from Foam It Green.

The user will be asked to work with Foam It Green staff to troubleshoot the issue; if necessary Foam It Green will arrange for the product return for inspection in-house.

Upon physical inspection, we will determine the disposition of the kit.  Not all issues are warrantable. If a defect is found, Foam It Green will issue a warranty replacement in lieu of issuing a credit.

Proof of purchase from Foam It Green must be supplied with any credit or warranty requests. Credit or warranty replacements owed will be issued only to the account of the original purchaser from Foam It Green.

End users who purchased from a distributor or other re-seller must contact the seller from whom they purchased; returns or credits will be at the seller’s discretion and may not match the return policy of Foam It Green.
